Before you submit, contact details, answers and photo previews stay in this page’s memory and clear when you close or refresh it. Email submissions are enabled.
To check service coverage, your postcode is sent to Postcodes.io to look up its location. We use this to calculate a straight-line distance from LA1 2JN. Your name, email, phone number and photos are not sent for this check.
Submitting an installation enquiry or service or repair request will pass your name, postcode, email, phone number, answers, selected boiler, survey notes and links to any chosen photos to FormSubmit to forward to BoilerBase, part of Aquarius Plumbing and Heating Ltd. Selected photos are resized in your browser and stored on BoilerBase’s hosted photo storage. Your enquiry email includes unlisted links to those photos. Anyone given a link can view that photo; links expire after 30 days. Expired stored photos are removed during routine upload cleanup. BoilerBase will use your details to respond to your boiler enquiry. They will not be used to sign you up for marketing.
FormSubmit states that form text is retained for 30 days and uploaded files are forwarded without being retained. The emailed enquiry remains in the business mailbox until deleted. Contact us if you want to ask about retention or request deletion of your enquiry. We may need to keep records relating to agreed work and our legal obligations.
We also use Resend to send a confirmation of your provisional estimate or acknowledgement of your service or repair request to the email address you provide. The confirmation includes your enquiry details and photo links. It is an enquiry response, not a marketing subscription.
Your enquiry can include a broad source label, such as Google search or Google Business Profile, so we can understand which routes bring enquiries. This label uses the referring website or a recognised link parameter. It does not use advertising cookies, visitor identifiers or persistent browser storage. We do not send your contact details or photos to an analytics platform.
